Product Description

Kaiflex ST pipe insulation is dust-free and fibre-free so there’s no impact on air quality. There’s no added danger from this pipe insulation in fires either as it boasts a Class 0 fire rating, meaning that this pipe insulation is self-extinguishing and won’t drip, preventing the spread of flame and fire. Use this product on air-conditioning pipes, HVAC pipes, refrigeration pipes, and ductwork too.

A combination of closed cell rubber insulation and a built-in water vapour barrier means that Kaiflex ST performs fantastically. It will eliminate water vapour migration which means that water vapour won’t transfer from the interior of a building to the exterior, creating condensation at internal insulation. With the sort of design at the forefront of manufacture for Kaiflex ST pipe insulation, you can use this pipe insulation in domestic, commercial and industrial applications.

Kaiflex ST nitrile pipe insulation is manufactured from flexible closed cell rubber insulation to prevent condensation and to prevent energy loss. Insulating pipes in all types of buildings can reduce costs of HVAC systems and increase the performance and life of pipes, seeing as there’s no build up of frost, mould or other substances.

Other benefits of Kaiflex ST pipe insulation include that the insulation will absorb sound and perform a basic acoustic function. The insulation dampens duct wall vibration and can work towards minimising the noise of water flowing through the pipes too.
