This grate has the unique Wrekin Tri-Way system of captive hinges that combine with a double triangular seating to allow single unit opening with an anti-theft feature. The Wheel-Safe grate design prevents trapping of small narrow wheels in any direction. This gully grate gives safe passage for wheelchair and pushchair users when moving off a pavement and for cyclists on the road the grate prevents wheel trapping and wheel deflection.
Note that for Group 4 compliance grates must have four flanges, whereas Group 3 may have three.
