Designed for direct fit connection to pipework when a gully body isn't required, this Stainless Steel Square Rodding Eye ensures a less complicated fitting for floor drains. Perfect for connection to Ensign cast iron pipework BS EN 877. The rodding eye can also be used to connect to all pipe materials 110 OD via a range of adaptors or stepped couplings.
The VortX range from Saint-Gobain PAM UK is a simplified range of floor drainage products for a wide range of floor finishes. This particular rodding eye is ideal for vinyl and sheet flooring. It also has a K3 loading class which makes it perfect for pedestrian areas and wet room locations such as showers. If required, the rodding eye can be installed with a removable bottle trap with a twist lock fitting of the dip tube and cup (registered design).
For additional sealing quality, you can fit an airtight bung VX-F430 if a double seal is required. Whatever your plans, the system's innovative new P and S traps are designed to make for a more reliable system. The S trap requires only a 180mm borehole which significantly helps reduces costs.
