Featuring a subtle contoured surface to mimic the charm and beauty of natural stone, the Beaufort Flags Concrete Paving Slabs range from Tobermore will provide your outdoor space with a high-quality and sophisticated appearance. Suitable for creating a stunning patio area for you to entertain friends and family or as a hardwearing and durable pathway, the Beaufort range comes in a choice of colours and dimensions.
These hardwearing and durable stones are suitable for domestic and commercial applications and are available in a selection of muted natural stone finishes. To enhance its realistic natural stone effect, the Tobermore Beaufort Flags Concrete Paving Slab features delicate flecks of sparkle to replicate the appearance of quartz or mica, commonly found in natural stone.
The paving slabs are vapour cured during the manufacturing process with Ef-Stop treatment. The procedure lasts for twelve hours and helps to eliminate the risk of efflorescence from occurring over many years. Efflorescence is a white, crystalline substance that can stain your paving slabs and diminish their vibrant appearance.
Over the lifespan of your paving slabs, algae and other green deposits can form due to various environmental factors. This results in an unappealing look and can also cause the stones to become slippery when wet. To get your stones looking brand new, the manufacturer recommends using hot water with detergent (non-bio washing powder) and a stiff yard brush for general cleaning purposes. After cleaning your stones, rinse the area thoroughly with clean water for best results.
