Description

With two windows, high eaves and double doors, this 7ft x 10ft Shire Overlap Apex Shed is incredibly accessible and can be used to its full potential. The doors in the 7ft gable have a hasp and staple catch that is compatible with a padlock of your own and the windows are safety glazed. You can fit them in several positions per your needs and wishes, and they can be opened for brightness and airflow.

The roof and floor of this shed are constructed from solid sheet OSB while the wall panels consist of high-grade, slow-grown FSC Certified timber. Dip treated, it includes a basecoat that can be topped with another coat once you have fully assembled the shed.

Alongside strong 34mm square framing, Shire sheds are provided with relevant fixing kits, roof felt and helpful instructions for installation and assembly.

Please note:

  • The imperial measurements are rounded. For accuracy, please use the metric sizes. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside when constructing and treating. After your order is placed, you will get a link to select your delivery day, and live tracking information will be sent that morning.
  • Base note:
  • Bases must be flat, level and square whether this is a concrete or paving slab base or on bearers. This ensures stability to avoid unwanted panel strain and twisting or long-term damage. Level buildings let panels fit squarely together, reducing gaps and letting the doors close perfectly.
  • Timber note:
  • Quality timber allows for quality garden buildings. Pine is common in garden buildings but Shire uses high-quality spruce under firm FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) guidance. Spruce is more advanced in durability and finish. Slow grown timber means a tighter grain, less sap and far less knots and warping. Splits or 'shakes' may be identifiable in the timber but will not hinder performance.
  • Delivery is restricted to mainland England and Wales. If you are unsure whether your postcode is excluded, please call us to confirm.
