Low maintenance, compact and discrete, this 4ft x 6ft Shire Value Pressure treated Overlap Apex Shed is ideal for gardens that are smaller in size but still need a space dedicated to storing belongings. The shed has a windowless design to keep your items away from prying eyes as well as a single door that is equipped with a hasp and staple catch. When combined with your own padlock, this allows for effective security.

With a solid sheet OSB roof and floor, and wall panels made from high-grade, slow-grown FSC Certified timber, this shed has been pressure treated. By doing so, it ensures a long life that requires only minimum maintenance throughout. Your shed is still suited to painting and staining, however, meaning that you can match it to the aesthetic of your garden.

Shire sheds incorporate strong 34mm square framing. With your shed, you will also receive a fixing kit, roof felt and instructions for installation.

Please note:

  • The imperial measurements are rounded. For accuracy, please use the metric sizes. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside when constructing and treating. After your order is placed, you will get a link to select your delivery day and on the morning of, you will get your live tracking information.
  • Base note:
  • Bases must be flat, level and square whether this is a concrete or paving slab base or on bearers. This ensures stability to avoid unwanted panel strain and twisting or long-term damage. Level buildings let panels fit squarely together, reducing gaps and letting the doors close perfectly.
  • Timber note:
  • Quality timber results in quality garden buildings. Pine is common in garden buildings but Shire buildings use high-quality spruce under firm FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) guidance. Spruce is more advanced in durability and finish. The timber is slow grown to allow a tighter grain, less sap and far less knots and warping. Small splits or 'shakes' may appear in the timber but these will not impact performance.
  • Delivery is restricted to mainland England and Wales. If you are unsure whether your postcode is excluded, please call us to confirm.
