This 12mm shiplap FSC Certified timber wall Shire shed has double doors for optimum access. With a solid board (OSB) roof and a tongue and groove timber floor for straightforward installation, the shed also features a timber basecoat in honey brown that is awaiting your very own topcoat once set up.

Built with a sturdy 34mm square framing, Shire sheds provide appropriate fixing kits, roof felt and installation instructions to ease the construction process.

The imperial measurements are rounded so for accuracy, please refer to the metric sizes. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Base note:
Please ensure that your base is flat, level and square whether this is a concrete or paving slab base or on bearers. This keeps the building level and stable to avoid excess strain on the panels that could result in twisting or long-term damage. The building staying level also means the panels will fit squarely together, preventing gaps and letting the doors close perfectly.
Timber note:
A good quality timber garden building relies on good quality timber. The most used timber for garden buildings is pine but Shire buildings are made with high-quality spruce under rigorous FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) guidance. Spruce is more durable than pine and has a higher-quality finish. The timber is slow grown for a tighter grain, less sap and with far fewer knots and warping. In some cases, small splits or 'shakes' may be seen in the timber but these will not impact performance.
