Complete with a large attractive canopy, this summerhouse is the perfect place to relax on a warm summer's day or set up for alfresco dining. The double doors are designed with a Georgian glaze and are joinery quality to let in ample light. Whatever your use, this Shire summerhouse chalet is a wonderful addition to any garden.

Manufactured from high-grade, slow-grown FSC Certified timber, the wall panels are also dip-treated with a base coat to allow a top coat to be added as soon as possible after assembly. The roof is constructed of solid board, followed by the floor which is manufactured with tongue and groove timber. As part of the Shire summerhouses range, this summerhouse features strong 34mm square framing and is supplied with a fixing kit, roof felt and installation instructions.

Please note:

  • The imperial measurements are rounded. Please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy. Allowances must be made for the roof overhang and access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. After ordering, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive live tracking information.
  • Base note:
  • Before assembling the building, the base must be flat, level and square to a sufficient size, regardless if this is a concrete or paving slab base or on bearers. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. This ensures the building is level and stable, preventing excess strain on the panels that could lead to twisting and long-term damage. A level building also means the panels will fit squarely together, preventing gaps and ensuring doors close correctly.
  • Timber note:
  • Pine is the most commonly used timber for garden buildings. Shire building construction uses high-quality spruce under strict FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) guidance. Spruce is more durable than pine, providing a higher-quality finish. The timber is slow grown, meaning a tighter grain, less sap and far fewer knots and warping occurring. Slight splits or 'shakes' may be seen in the timber in some cases. These are normal and will not affect the garden building's performance.
  • Delivery is restricted to mainland England and Wales. If you are unsure whether your postcode is excluded, please call us to confirm.
