Complete with a single door at the front and two Georgian-style fixed windows for ample lighting, this Shire summerhouse is a beautiful addition to any garden.

Each wall panel of this Shire shiplap summerhouse is manufactured from high-grade, slow-grown, FSC Certified timber. Dip treatment with a base coat has also been performed so it is ready for you to top coat after assembly. For the roof and floor, tongue and groove boards have been used for added durability. As part of the Shire summerhouses range, this summerhouse also features strong 34mm square framing and is supplied with a fixing kit, roof felt and installation instructions.

Please note:

  • The imperial measurements are rounded. For accuracy, please refer to the metric sizes. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. After finalising your order, a link will be sent to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day, live tracking information will be provided.
  • Base note:
  • Before assembling the building, the base must be flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. Please ensure that your base is flat, level and square whether this is a concrete or paving slab base or on bearers. This ensures the building is level and stable. It will also prevent excess strain on the panels that could lead to twisting and long-term damage. The building staying level also means the panels will fit squarely together, preventing gaps and ensuring doors close correctly.
  • Timber note:
  • A good quality timber garden building starts with good quality timber. Pine is the most commonly used timber for garden buildings. Shire buildings are constructed using high-quality spruce under strict FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) guidance. Spruce is more durable than pine and enables a higher-quality finish. The timber is slow grown, meaning a tighter grain, less sap and far fewer knots and warping occurring. Some garden buildings may succumb to slight splits or 'shakes' seen in the timber. These are normal and will not affect the performance of your Garden Building.
  • Delivery is restricted to mainland England and Wales. If you are unsure whether your postcode is excluded, please call us to confirm.
