The perfect outdoor leisure space, this Shire Casita Shiplap Shed Summerhouse is versatile, visually appealing, and includes a stylish veranda. If storage is what you're searching for, this summerhouse can also be used as a shed with its abundance of space.

It has a single door at the front, as well as two opening windows on either side that ensure ventilation, let in light, and enhance aesthetics. With high-grade, slow-grown, FSC Certified timber wall panels and a tongue and groove board roof and floor, the dip treated shed is prepped with a basecoat. Once fully installed and assembled, it is ready for your own topcoat.

Shire summerhouses benefit from strong 34mm square framing. They also come with a variety of appropriate products, including a fixing kit, roof felt and instructions for assembly.

Please note:

  • The imperial measurements are rounded. For accuracy, please use the metric sizes. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside when constructing and treating. After your order is placed, a link to select your delivery day will be sent, and live tracking information will arrive on the delivery morning. Prior to assembly, a base is necessary. It must be flat, level, and the right size. Grass, soil and gravel are not appropriate as movement will occur with the weight of a building.
  • Base note:
  • Bases must be flat, level and square whether this is a concrete or paving slab base or on bearers. This stability prevents unwanted panel strain and twisting or long-term damage. It also lets panels fit squarely together, reduces gaps and keeps doors perfectly closed.
  • Timber note:
  • Quality timber means quality garden buildings. Pine is the common material in garden buildings but Shire uses high-quality spruce under strong FSC guidance (Forestry Stewardship Council). Spruce is better in durability and finish. Slow grown timber makes for a tighter grain, less sap and far fewer knots and warping. Splits or 'shakes' may be identifiable but do not impede performance.
  • Delivery is restricted to mainland England and Wales. If you are unsure whether your postcode is excluded, please call us to confirm.
