From Shire, this Avance summerhouse is a stylish, high-quality garden building. Featuring a large attractive canopy, this summerhouse is the perfect spot to relax on a warm summer's day. The joinery quality double doors not only allow easy access to the interior but feature Perspex glazed windows to let in ample light. Making this Shire summerhouse a beautiful addition to any garden.

As a Shire summerhouse, the wall panels are manufactured using high-grade, slow-grown, FSC Certified timber. The building is also dip-treated with a base coat to enable a top coat to be added as soon as the assembly is finished. The roof is constructed from solid board and the floor is tongue and groove timber for exceptional durability. All Shire summerhouses also feature strong 34mm square framing and are provided with a fixing kit, roof felt and installation instructions to ease assembly.

  • The imperial measurements are rounded. Please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy. Make allowance for the roof overhang and access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. When you have completed your order, a link will be sent to choose your delivery day. Live tracking information will be sent on the morning of delivery day.
  • Base note:
  • Before the assembly of the garden building, the base must be flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not adequate as they will move with the weight of a building. Please ensure that your base is flat, level and square, regardless of using a concrete or paving slab base or on bearers. This ensures the building is level and stable. It will also prevent excess strain on the panels that could lead to twisting and long-term damage. The building staying level also means the panels will fit squarely together, preventing gaps and ensuring doors close correctly.
  • Timber note:
  • Good quality timber garden buildings start with good quality timber. Pine is the most commonly used timber for garden buildings. Shire buildings are built using high-quality spruce under strict FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) guidance. Spruce is more durable than pine and enables a higher-quality finish. The timber is slow grown, meaning a tighter grain, less sap and far fewer knots and warping occurring. Some garden buildings may succumb to slight splits or 'shakes' seen in the timber. These are normal and will not affect the performance of your Garden Building.
  • Delivery is restricted to mainland England and Wales. If you are unsure whether your postcode is excluded, please call us to confirm.
