These adjustable paving pedestals by Ryno are a fixed head paving support system. With sizes ranging from 22mm to 550mm, this system is ideal for use in completely level areas. They provide robust, high-quality system while being an economical option. Its straightforward but efficient design makes installing the pedestals a quick and easy task.
The system is made up of 5 components:
Support Head
The Support Head is what holds the paving slabs in place. The head has been designed to allow it to turn separately on top of the Adjustable Threaded Section of the pedestal. This means that even when the slab is in place it can be adjusted with ease.
Spacer Tabs
The Spacer Tabs provide consistent spacing between the slabs so that everything remains uniform. They have been created with easy removal in mind and have a pre-installed snap off design.
Adjustable Threaded Section
This section allows for effortless height adjustment, down to the exact required millimetre. All you have to do is turn the threaded section by hand to get your desired height.
Height Extension Collar
The extension collar increases the height by increments of 126mm by simply threading it onto the Support Base. The number of collars needed is depending on the size of the pedestal you have chosen.
Support Base
The broad base spreads the load on the surface below and ensures stability.
The pedestals are normally loose laid onto roofing membranes which must not be penetrated or can be mechanically fixed to concrete or other substrates.
