Suitable for external usage, this Recessed Manhole Cover can sit in areas with slow-moving traffic up to 10 tonnes of gross laden vehicle weight (GLVW). This is made possible using robust materials such as polypropylene for the frame and steel for the cover. The single-piece rigid-formed lid design also enhances its strength. For further quality reassurance, it is also UK-designed and manufactured under ISO 9001:2000 Quality System with a hot dipped galvanised finish that complies with BS EN ISO 1461 as standard.
The recessed lid is perfect for enabling block paving or slab infill up to 65mm deep. For accessories, there are also heavy-duty lifting keys built-in, so you don't need tools to remove the system if required.
