Description

The split rings are made of polyacetal and the seals of NBR, both of which are suited to use with water. Compatible with cold water applications, the tee has a water pressure rating of PN 16.

CPVC split rings and EPDM or FPM O-rings and seals are available. For aggressive chemical applications, it is recommended the end user tests suitability.
The maximum operating temperature for fittings and valves is the same as polyethylene pipe. Not intended for use in hot water applications but withstands sub-zero temperatures.
PTFE tape is advised in threaded connections.
