Klargester Separators are used in certain applications to clean run-off wastewater and rainwater of oil and fuel from forecourts, car parks, highways and workshops. When it rains onto a forecourt, all the oil and fuel that’s remaining on the surface gets washed into the drains which can cause blockages and contamination. This contaminated water cannot be disposed of into a watercourse or sewage system without being cleaned of these contaminants.
This lightweight Klargester Full Retention Separator is certified to EN858-1 and PPG and comes complete with an outdoor alarm and commissioning. Installation is easy, but maintenance is easier, with access to the separator being from ground level. A 600mm diameter manhole cover is needed to protect and give access to the separator.
Manufactured from GRP and CE marked, this Klargester Separator can cover a drainage are of up to 5560m2 with its fitted inlet and outlet connections and neck ventilation points.
