The K-FORM K135 Screed Rail is a lightweight permanent formwork solution that remains in place after the concrete pour. Easy to cut to length on site, it features pre-drilled holes in the vertical face for dowel bars and twin anchoring holes in the base for secure fixing on mortar beds. Designed for slabs 150-225mm thick, it's ideal for forming isolation joints alongside drainage channels, underfloor heating systems and mezzanine floors, and can be set to create accurate falls for wash bays.
The PVC sections can be quickly set out and clipped together without specialist tools, reducing labour time while maintaining straight, elite-facility standard joints across large slab areas. And unlike timber or steel formwork it will not rot or corrode, whilst being reusable and fully recyclable for more sustainable construction practices.
