This rubber roofing membrane is 1mm thick and can be purchased in exactly the size required for individual jobs, making pricing for materials too.
This EPDM sheet once installed has an estimated life expectancy of over 50-years and throughout that time it requires minimal maintenance. Since there’s no need for flames to install this rubber roofing membrane it’s quick, easy and safer to install than some other traditional methods. Applicable for all traditional flat roofing purposes, and green roofs too, EPDM is resistant to root penetration and holds permanent elasticity.
The high-quality EPDM rubber roofing membrane is cut to and priced per meter squared. The minimum size offered is 2m2.
