Yes, as long as the KS137 contact adhesive is used and applied both on the deck and the rubber.

Question:

Will it stick straight onto the old felt - and how do you finish either end of the box gutter?

Answer:

This will stick to felt, however it is dependent on the quality of felt in situ. If this is damaged or old, it is recommended to strip this back. In regards to the stop ends, this would need to be folded to the profile.
