Cost-effective, low maintenance and easy to install, this 12-person gravity sewage treatment plant has been designed with a 1500mm invert. It makes a discreet solution for off-mains properties and keeps your garden settings fairly unspoiled.
To enhance safety for children and pets, the tank features an isolator, a failure light and a lockable childproof cover. The tank also has controlled ventilation to minimise the presence of foul odours that can emanate.
You can treat effluent from a domestic or commercial property to a level stipulated and tested under European Performance Standard EN 12566 Part 3 with this tank. There are no mechanical or electrical components, only advised annual desludging, making for minimal maintenance.
With correct installation and normal domestic conditions, you can obtain treated water of 20mg/l BOD, 30mg/l S.S., 20mg/l Ammonia. The treated effluence can be discharged into a watercourse if site location, conditions and local authorities permit it.
