Suitable for gardens, balconies, terraces and patios, these 4000mm x 150mm hollow composite decking boards by Cladco serve as a versatile and modern alternative to classic decking. Manufactured from 60% recycled hardwood and 40% recycled polyethene, these decking boards come in a range of earthy tones, including grey, brown and green and are a long-lasting and stylish solution that will be easy to maintain for years to come.

UV-resistant, this hollow-core decking board has a lightweight honeycomb construction with a 'domestic grade'. The top of the board has narrow-spaced grooves, creating a robust, low-slip walking surface. The underside has wider-spaced grooves for an alternative aesthetic option. It's important to note the ends of the decking will need to be sealed off using Cladco hollow composite decking end cap covers.

No painting or staining is required for this decking as the boards come in a range of UV-resistant colours that match perfectly with Cladco composite decking accessories. So you can transform your outdoor space by installing this hardwearing decking with unique colours. A decking that comprises wood fibres and plastic material, complete with protection from common timber decking issues like rotting, splintering and warping. It's easy to install and has greater slip resistance than timber decking making it safer to walk on, even when wet.

Installation

  • Cladco composite decking boards can be installed with normal woodworking tools. A wood saw with a fine-tooth blade is recommended to cut the board to size. Install Cladco composite deck boards using joists. The joist selection will depend on the surface on which you are constructing your deck. Using Cladco corner trims and Cladco skirting trims, create a high-end finish for your deck.

Please note:

  • To ensure your project has a consistent look, we recommend that you purchase all composite decking boards you require at the same time to reduce the risk of colour variations between batches. Slight colour differences can occur between batches due to the natural elements within the boards.
  • To our customers based in Scotland, please note that all Scottish deliveries for Cladco products will incur an additional delivery charge. For more information on delivery costs, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team of experts.
  • For best results, you should always use stainless steel screws with anti-rust and corrosion features when installing composite decking.
