Available in different diameters to suit your pipework, this Harmer SML Cast Iron Underground Drain Pipe Access Pipe seamlessly integrates with the broader Harmer SML dry-jointed pipework system. Altogether, it offers a robust, lightweight and recyclable cast iron solution with innate resilience against external damage and vandalism that occurs accidentally.
Available in 3m lengths and diameters ranging from 50mm to 400mm, Harmer SML pipes feature epoxy-coated interiors (minimum thickness of 120 µm) and primer-lined exteriors (minimum thickness of 40 µm), ensuring reduced maintenance requirements post-installation. Fittings include coatings of epoxy inside and out (minimum thickness of 60 µm), and both pipes and fittings are crafted from grey iron to DIN 1691 (surpassing BS 1452 Grade 150 ISO 185 Grade 15).
Highly versatile, the complete soil and waste pipework system supports a wide range of installations, from pipework connections to stack to underground sewer connections. Compatible with rainwater installations when in conjunction with Harmer Roof Outlets, systems facilitate reliable and secure connections without needing special installation equipment. The socketless fixing of pipes and fittings is easy and practical, and twin screw couplings, constructed from stainless steel and ductile cast iron, further enable swift assembly.
Harmer SML is at the leading edge of cast iron technology. It is Kitemark and BBA certified, adhering to CE Mark and BS EN 877 standards. Non-combustible, the system offers high tensile strength and negates the use of fire protection collars.
