This ACO Wildlife Guide Wall Rise Section is designed to be integrated into the ACO Guide Wall system, ensuring the safety of small animals by effectively channelling them towards the ACO Climate Tunnel Entrance and ACO Climate Tunnel.
The innovative ACO Guide Wall system is comprised of standard 1-metre straight sections, complemented by adaptable components that accommodate changes in terrain or direction. Notably, the built-in barrier on the front side acts as a deterrent to prevent small animals from accessing potentially hazardous zones. Furthermore, the front foot area serves to suppress vegetation growth while providing a clear pathway for the animals, ensuring unobstructed movement. Without metal reinforcements, it minimises disorientation among the animals.
Additionally, the non-absorbent surfaces, characterised by low thermal conductivity, offer an ideal surface for amphibians to traverse comfortably. Thanks to its robust design, made from recycled polymer concrete, the ACO Guide Wall system is not limited to its wildlife protection function. It also serves as an effective solution for retaining substantial earth banks.
