Description

The Accesso AICPP160 chamber is designed for catchment of silt and solids in stormwater systems. They are classed as non entry access and limited to 3 metre inverts in adoptable applications as stipulated in (Sewers for Adoption 2013 Section B2.2- Access). All Accesso chambers are water tested and supplied with seals as a fully watertight chamber.

Manufactured using high strength polyethylene they can be installed in minimum granular surround.

This is a 1.5 metre inspection chamber/catchpit with 160mm en1401 connections has a sump under the pipework to trap and retain silt and sand. This unit will give 200 litres of solids retention below the pipework, which is 4 times the capicity of a standard road gully.

This model come with the option of 1, 1.5 or 2 metre access shaft extension/risers as shown to the right, as well as the following available accessories:

  • Access Extension Risers which can be used to increase the invert above 1 metre. If above 1.2 metres then the access cover needs to be restricted to 350mm for safety, again stipulated in Sewers for adoption.
  • Access Reducer Cap
  • Access Covers ranging from pedestrian traffic to heavy duty applications.
