For adding a bright colour to the water, you can simply use a teaspoon of this Drain Dye with 10 litres of water to trace the underground flow of your drainage system. Whether a greywater system or sewage pipe, it is a quick and straightforward process and provides the information you need to continue with your project.
There are a variety of colours available in red, yellow, blue, fluorescent green, orange and purple so you can identify the flow of different drainage systems in the same network with drain dyes of varying colours. For example, you can use this red Drain Dye in one entrance and another colour in a second to distinguish which entrance is flowing to which downstream outlet.
