Built from ACO's proprietary, tried and tested Vienite® material, this sturdy and versatile all-in-one 225mm deep Channel Unit offers high build quality and resistance to chemicals. An excellent example of ACO's MonoDrain single-piece drainage system, this unit combines a grate and channel into a single unit for a secure, effective option.

As the grate and base form a single piece, the risk of the gratings loosening or dislodging beneath traffic weight is significantly reduced. This unit also provides a muted grey appearance while being easy to install, fit and maintain, ensuring it will settle into D400 load applications without hindrance.

Equipped with a protective 8mm Heelguard to avoid debris entry and danger to pedestrians, the MonoDrain base includes external faces to tightly and securely bed into the concrete below.

The Vienite material offers stability, allowing grates to withstand traffic and stationery weight in various areas, including HGV parks, light-duty landscaping and pedestrian areas, town centres and commercial developments. ACO MonoDrain products ensure you can simplify the specification process and installation for less time on site.

  • Certified to: BS EN 1433-2002

Please note:

  • This unit is 1000mm long and 150mm wide and features no connectors or access. For maintenance and access, you will require a shallow depth access unit installed at every 5m of channel drainage.
  • ACO MonoDrain is unsuitable for public roads, highways and motorways. For this, we recommend ACO RoadDrain.
