With a 135mm constant depth, this ACO MonoDrain channel unit offers the shallowest depth available across the ACO range. This one-piece Vienite channel drain system combines grates into the channels for a single efficient, safe and secure water drainage solution.
By integrating this base and grate in one unit, you can diminish the risk of the grating dislodging below the weight of traffic and reduce the risk of stolen grates. Quicker to install than separate grate and base drains, this ACO MonoDrain boosts long-term performance and integrity in D400 load class areas.
Both the grate and channel base are made from ACO's recycled polymer concrete, Vienite. This durable concrete material ensures stability and offers a secure, rigid grate that can withstand stationary weight and traffic in regions such as commercial developments and town centres, as well as pedestrian, light-duty landscaping areas and car and HGV parks. With an external face to firmly embed the channel base more into the concrete, the 8mm Heelguard grates minimise danger to pedestrians and debris entry.
By using this ACO MonoDrain, you can simplify the specification and installation process and spend less time on-site. It has a 1000mm length, 150mm width and a sleek black finish, which can complement your project. There is also a range of accessories available, such as foul air traps, gully units, sumps and lockable rodding access points, to help you get more from this system.
