Description

Offering substantial savings onsite against precast concrete and other traditional construction methods, this Accesso Inspection Chamber Base from Turtle Enviro is quick and easy to install due to not requiring any construction or wet trades.

Providing a preformed option for labour-intensive benching, this 600mm Chamber Base can be used separately at the base of a PCC Manhole or for shallow invert installations. On the other hand, it can be assembled with the Accesso 600mm Chamber Riser and the Accesso 600mm Sealing Ring to deliver an Adoptable Inspection Chamber.

This 600mm Inspection Chamber Base from Turtle Enviro includes 110mm EN 1401 main-channel socket connections and an extra four 110mm inlet socket connections. Two of the additional inlets are at 45° to the main channel, while the other two are at 90°. The side inlets are fitted with blanking plugs, which can be detached if the inlets are needed.

This base meets both the Design and Construction Guidance (DCG) requirements for Adoptable Sewers and Sewers for Adoption (SfA7).

Please note:

  • Pre-assembled chambers at a range of depths are available, which are supplied as a complete unit, making them quicker and easier to install. A range of Accesso pipework adaptors are also available to suit alternative connections.
  • The depth of this product refers to the distance between the top and bottom of the unit. The invert, meanwhile, refers to the distance between the top of the unit and the bottom of the inside of the connecting inlet pipework.
