Description

Wrekin's recessed steel manhole cover is the perfect solution for ensuring the continuity of a view or pathway is not disrupted. Install this manhole cover with an 80mm tray depth in your outdoor spaces and fit 60mm block paving for a continuous pattern or finish.

This manhole cover and frame is manufactured using mild steel and galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 standards for added durability. It accepts bedding mortar more reliably than plastic alternatives, making the final product more stable and durable. Thanks to its manufacturing, the Gross Laden Vehicle Weight (GLVW) of this manhole cover is 10 tonnes. Its small moving wheel load for pneumatic tyres is up to 2.5 tonnes.
