Thanks to its Labyrinth surface pattern, water cannot gather and pool, keeping pedestrians from slipping.
The double-seal formed by the clever captive O-ring gasket under lateral compression is in a specially designed lipped channel, advanced by the cover's continuous surface at the corners.
