WPL Diamond tanks include offloading as standard. The delivery service will handle removing the unit from the delivery vehicle and placing it in the required location on your site.

What is the outlet depth ? Do they do pumped outlet for them s model ?
Answer:
I can confirm that the outlet is positioned 100mm below the inlet pipe.
WPL offer a pump that can be purchased in addition to the sewage treatment plant which will be external - the product code for this is DD-652-851.
Question:
If the lid is taken off, will that be sufficient for a sample to be taken?
Answer:
The tank itself can not be used for samples, you will need the WPL sample chamber or if you have the WPL pump chamber this can be used.

I am considering installing a WPL Diamond DMS2 unit to replace a damaged septic tank in a holiday home. I have the necessary permissions etc. - but would like to check that the plant is appropriate for use in a situation where it will not be in use full-time. The blower can be left running ok, but is it a problem that there might be period of, say, 3-4 weeks when the house is unoccupied?
Answer:
WPL Diamond tanks are able to function at 1% capacity so this wont be an issue.
