Description

Brett Martin's Sampling and Distribution System offers an innovative solution for sub-surface irrigation. Designed to efficiently distribute pre-treated sewage effluent from individual homes connected to septic tanks, this gravity-fed system operates by expertly discharging fluid through percolation pipes to an underground disposal area using either infiltration trenches or beds.

The system's components are available for individual purchase, each fulfilling a crucial role. The Sampling and Distribution Chamber (BDSC1), constructed from resilient polyethylene, assures sturdiness and robustness. The 110mm Single Socketed Percolation Pipe (4406) and 110mm Single Socketed Solid Wall Pipe (4123) are both socket-jointed to meet regulations and ensure flawless connections. The heavy-duty, watertight Riser (B3151) accommodates deeper invert requirements to cater to varying depths, providing a perfect fit. The Frame and Cover (B3153) assembly not only safeguards your system but also minimises the risk of removal, injury or accidents. Plus, the 110mm high frame offers flexibility with its tilt-adjustable spigot.

Transportation, handling and installation are incredibly easy with the Sampling and Distribution System. Additionally, the five blanked outlets enable on-site modifications as necessary, while the secure inlet grommet ensures a superior airtight seal between the pipe and chamber. The percolation pipe exceeds expectations with its 1960mm² perforations per linear metre, while the carefully sized percolations and spacing provide efficient flow, preventing unwanted granular fill from entering the pipes.

Could you advise the invert levels (inlet and outlet) when fitted with lid (B3153) so I can work out what risers I need?

Answer:

The inlet is 175mm and the outlet is 275mm.
