Designed to create a branch from a surface water drainage main line at a 45° angle, JFC Manufacturing's Twinwall drain pipe Y unequal branch is a triple socket section manufactured from HDPE plastic.
Manufactured by a twin extrusion process, which means having two layers simultaneously extruded, a strong and durable structure is assured. The process is performed once inside and the other heat welded together in a continuous process. The outer wall is also corrugated for exceptional strength, reducing the potential for on-site damage to occur. As opposed to the inner wall which is smooth with a seamless finish to assist hydraulic flow. Better yet, the modern design means that unlike traditional single-wall pipes it will prevent slit accumulation.
The branch complies with HAPAS Roads and Bridges Agrément Certificate No. 02/H069, is BBA approved and, if installed correctly with three sealing rings, a watertight system is achievable. If it is too long, you can also cut the branch as needed to fit accordingly.
