Galvanised Weldmesh Gabions create a sturdy structure that enables water to drain freely. They can be used to secure erosive landscapes and provide structural support for applications including outlet aprons, wing walls as well as bridge abutments.
These gabions, which can be filled with rounded stone, angular rock or recycled materials, can also be used to clad and improve the aesthetics of unsightly areas.

How much stone approximately do we need to fill each one
Answer:
The quantity of stone required to fill a gabion basket can vary depending on the size of the stones used. However, as a general rule of thumb, you can calculate the volume of the basket to estimate how much stone you'll need. For our 3mm Wire Mesh Gabion Basket which measures 2000mm x 1000mm x 500mm, the volume is 1 cubic metre. Therefore, you would need approximately 1 cubic metre of stone to fill each basket.
