The Oriflo Orifice 500mm Flow Control Chamber Protected Plate is an advanced solution for managing water flow while filtering out suspended solids, ensuring improved drainage performance. As part of the Oriflo range, this pre-assembled 500mm diameter chamber features a 100% recycled thermoplastic blok, which forces all water flow through it before reaching the outlet. This innovative design effectively filters out Total Suspended Solids (TSS) as small as 30micrometres (0.03mm), reducing the risk of blockages and maintaining system efficiency. With a capacity to handle flow rates up to 70 L/sec, this chamber offers increased performance when integrated into systems with larger depth head drops.

Designed for high-demand applications, this model features a rotational moulded chamber base with 150mm or 225mm Twinwall main channel socket connections for seamless integration into existing drainage networks. The attached basket has a capacity of 17.5kg, making it ideal for developments with surface water runoff of up to 1200m². To maintain peak performance, this unit requires a recommended inspection, emptying, and cleaning schedule based on site conditions.
