This Harmer Modulock Roof Perforated Channel Drain has been designed specifically for perimeter drainage of inverted roofs and warm roof construction, ensuring protection for your building from weathering where a hard surface meets the structure. It is part of a versatile linear drainage system, providing the ideal level-access drainage solution.
This Modulock slot-sided channel is suitable for use on podium decks, terraces and balcony areas in conjunction with Harmer Rainwater Outlets and Modulock Pedestal Support systems. The drainage system intercepts rainwater and improves safety at the point of access. Rainwater run-off is collated at the hard surface level, whilst percolation is relieved at the membrane level.
This channel drain can be installed with height-adjustable feet or laid directly on the structural deck. The height-adjustable feet will elevate and correct any irregularities and cross fails in the supporting surface. Simple location clips will ensure a straight-line end-to-end installation that is completely secure and stable.
