As part of a highly versatile linear drainage system, this Modulock Roof Channel Drain Adjustable End Plate helps deliver the ideal level access drainage solution for when percolation and rainwater run-off are required. Percolation is relieved at the membrane level, while rainwater run-off is collated at the hard surface level.
Compatible with podium deck, green roof, warm roof and inverted roof construction, this Modulock end plate can be used with the Modulock slot-sided channels for use on balcony areas, terraces and podium decks in conjunction with Modulock Pedestal Support systems and Harmer Rainwater Outlets. It also works well as part of a drainage system that intercepts rainwater, enhances safety at the point of access and can be fitted with height-adjustable feet or placed directly on the structural deck. The channel drain coordinates with a rainwater channel system in three sizes consisting of slotted sides with either grate or grill-slotted grating.
Manufactured from galvanised mild steel, this adjustable end plate helps the Modulock channel drainage system protect buildings from weathering at the venerable point where the hard surface meets the structure. Modulock Channels create part of the complete drainage system for most types of deck or flat roof structures, with height-adjustable feet to elevate and rectify cross falls and any irregularities in the supporting surface. The channel lengths come in a range of depths; 30mm, 40mm or 50mm.
With simple location clips, the straight-line end-to-end installation ensures the system is completely stable, while site-formed or factory-manufactured irregular angles accommodate a change in direction.
