This Channel drain unit and paired E600 Bolted Ductile Iron Grating combination is the building block of Hauraton's versatile and sturdy Recyfix range of channel drain products, this being their NC 200 variant. Made using durable polypropylene (PP), this range of channels boasts exceptional resilience against wear from UV, de-icing salt, frost, temperature changes and load.
This stable and lightweight channel drain system is reinforced by a tough eight-fold bolted ductile iron grating designed for high-traffic applications, such as sewage plants, exhibition grounds, carwash facilities, cityscapes, multi-storey car parks, pedestrian zones, filling stations and more.
Easier to handle than heavier concrete channels thanks to their lightweight construction, the Recyfix channel system increases installation rates thanks to its stackable, prefabricated design, with the channel and grating integrated as a single unit for enhanced stability. With a smooth inner surface for superior flow characteristics, the flexible polypropylene material can easily be cut and drilled on-site. In addition, this particular grate and channel combo is CE-marked and certified to EN 1433 for civil engineering applications.
