Suitable for dynamic forces and demanding applications, Super 200 channels and grates are crafted with a focus on durability, ready to tackle the extreme loads that come hand in hand with docks, airports, and large industrial facilities. This Faserfix SUPER 200 Sump Unit and E600 Bolted Ductile Iron Gugi Mesh Grating are part of the heavy-duty Super 200 range, designed to withstand 60-tonne loads while filtering debris from the water.
With F900 channel bases combined with several grating options, the Super 200 range uses fibre-reinforced concrete to form the channel walls, demonstrating excellent adhesion to foundation concrete and superior strength. Likewise, the bolted ductile iron grates have high lateral stability and tolerate high amounts of sliding force without moving due to the SIDE-LOCK locking system, which uses an eight-bolt fixture to hold the grates in place. This system also makes the grates easier to install, with no specialist tools required to lock them into place on-site.
