Suitable for timber and concrete floor applications, this aluminium horizontal shower drain features a stainless steel clamp with a ring drain grate cap. It's lightweight, durable strong thanks to the use of LM6 aluminium alloy in its manufacturing, as well as a polyester powder coating for increased protection.
This aluminium shower drain offers a flow rate of up to 0.8 litres a second. The horizontal Harmer shower is also compatible with 56mm cast iron, HDPE and PVC pipes, with an integral fall in the sump to prevent silt collection. For cleaning, replacements or access to the removable 50mm trap below, the drain cap can be easily removed to ensure straightforward maintenance.
For unique designs, these drains are completed by a range of attractive caps and grates in stainless steel, nickel bronze and aluminium for tiled and sheet flooring.
Quality is reassured by the drain's manufacturing to specifically meet the requirements of British and European standard BS EN 1253 for design, flow performance and loading. The design does not compromise the room's aesthetics, providing an attractive and efficient shower drain. The bodies of the drains are manufactured from 100% recycled aluminium. Thanks to this, they can be recycled once again at the end of their life cycle. The drains can also withstand up to 300kg of vertical loading.
