Including an attractive nickel bronze clamp with a 150mm x 150mm tile frame and a plain drain cap, this horizontal shower drain from Harmer is manufactured from LM6 aluminium alloy with a polyester powder coating for enhanced protection. Strong, durable and lightweight, it can deliver a flow rate of up to 0.8 litres per second.
Suitable for applications in concrete and timber floors, this drain is ideal for tiled flooring. Its drain cap can be effortlessly detached to be cleaned, replaced or to provide access to the removable 50mm foul air trap below. The Horizontal Harmer shower drain body has an integral fall in the sump to eradicate silt collection and is compatible with 56mm PVC, HDPE and cast iron pipes.
Specially designed to meet the requirements of British and European standard BS EN 1253 for loading, flow performance and design, this Harmer aluminium shower drain offers an efficient yet aesthetically pleasing drainage solution. Made from 100% recycled aluminium, it can also be recycled once again at the end of its life cycle. The LM6 aluminium alloy is utilised to produce the drain bodies as in general atmosphere conditions and marine environments to demonstrate high resistance to corrosion.
