Including a 200mm x 200mm tile frame, and a stainless steel clamp with a concentric ring pattern grate, this Harmer aluminium vertical shower drain's cap is straightforward to remove to either be replaced, be cleaned, or give access to the removable 50mm foul air trap below.
This Vertical Harmer shower drain's body simply push fits into a 110mm ring seal pipe socket and is compatible with 56mm HDPE, PVC and cast iron pipes. Thanks to its LM6 aluminium alloy construction and polyester powder coating for improved protection, it is strong and durable yet lightweight. Fabricated from 100% recycled aluminium, it can also be recycled again at the end of its life cycle. The LM6 aluminium alloy is used to produce the drain body as in general atmospheric conditions and marine environments to demonstrate high corrosion resistance.
Offering a flow rate of up to 0.8 litres per second, this vertical drain is suitable for application in concrete and timber floors including suspended floors where shallow invert pipes are required. Its attractive stainless steel grate is ideal for tiled flooring. Delivering a visually pleasing yet efficient shower drain, it has been specially created to meet the requirements of British and European standard BS EN 1253 for flow performance, loading and design, withstanding up to 300kg of vertical loading.
