Description

This vertical shower drain from Harmer includes a nickel bronze clamp with a 150mm x 150mm tile frame and a concentric ring pattern grate. Thanks to its LM6 aluminium alloy structure and polyester powder layer for extra protection, its body is lightweight yet durable and strong as well as extremely corrosion resistant so it can endure marine conditions and general atmospheric environments.

Delivering a flow rate of up to 0.8 litres per second, this Harmer vertical shower drain is compatible with 56mm PVC, HDPE and cast iron pipes or it can simply push fit into 110mm ring seal pipe sockets. Its drain cap is effortless to remove giving access to the removable 50mm foul air trap, for cleaning or being replaced. Manufactured from completely recycled aluminium, the drain body is also fully recyclable once again at the end of its lifetime.

Withstanding up to 300kg of vertical loading, this shower drain can provide an efficient yet attractive solution while meeting the requirements of British and European standard BS EN 1253 for design, flow performance and loading. Suitable for use in timber and concrete floor applications, including suspended floors where shallow invert pipes are required, it is ideal for tiled flooring.
