Completed with a stainless steel clamp, a ring drain grate cap and a 200mm x 200mm tile frame, this horizontal shower drain from Harmer is manufactured from LM6 aluminium alloy with a polyester powder coating for enhanced protection, withstanding up to 300kg of vertical loading.
Strong and durable yet lightweight, this horizontal drain delivers a flow rate of up to 0.8 litres per second. Ideal for concrete and timber floor applications with tiled flooring, it has an easy-to-remove drain cap which can be cleaned, replaced or provide access to the removable 50mm foul air trap below. Compatible with 56mm PVC, HDPE and cast iron pipes, the shower drain body features an integral sump to eliminate silt collection.
Specially made to meet the requirements of British and European standard BS EN 1253 for loading, flow performance and design, this Harmer aluminium shower drain provides an effective yet visually pleasing solution. Constructed from 100% recycled aluminium, it can be recycled once again at the end of its lifespan. The LM6 aluminium alloy utilised to create the drain body has a high resistance to corrosion, enduring general atmospheric environments and marine conditions.
