This lightweight and durable all-in-one Harmer horizontal shower drain unit combines a star pattern grate cap, nickel bronze clamp and a 200mm x 200mm tile frame. The unit is easy to remove and replace for inspection and clearing thanks to the detachable drain cap, cutting down on maintenance time and hassle. These shower drain units are fully compatible with 56mm cast iron, HDPE and PVC pipes. The unit is also supplied with a removable 50mm foul air trap and integral fall in the sump to eliminate common silt build-up.
Light, tough, and highly durable, these shower units utilise marine-quality aluminium alloys and durable polyester powder coatings to produce a dependable system. This shower drain model boasts impressive flow rates of up to 0.8 litres a second and is ideal for timber and concrete floors. These drains are topped off by a range of attractive caps and grates in stainless steel, nickel bronze and aluminium for tiled and sheet flooring.
The entirety of Harmer aluminium shower drains have been specifically designed to meet the requirements of British and European standard BS EN 1253 for design, flow rates and loading whilst still providing a sleek look. Harmer shower drain bodies are manufactured from LM6 aluminium alloy, a perfect pairing for challenging marine applications owing to excellent resistance to corrosion.
