From Harmer's visually appealing and recyclable aluminium range of shower drains, this horizontal drain includes a 150mm x 150mm tile frame and nickel bronze star drain grate cap that can be removed without hassle. This is great for replacements, cleaning, or to get to the 50mm foul air trap under it.
The LM6 aluminium alloy structure is lightweight and durable, as well as coated with a protective polyester powder. It successfully resists corrosion in marine and general atmospheric conditions. Ideal for installation in timber and concrete floors, the drains from Harmer feature caps and grates that come in numerous materials. These include stainless steel, nickel bronze and aluminium for tiled and sheet flooring.
Horizontal shower drains are designed for use with 56mm pipes, such as cast iron, HDPE and PVC. They also feature an integral fall in the sump to reduce the collection of silt. Flow rates are up to 0.8 litres a second.
