Description

Available in a range of diameters to fit with your Cast Iron Rectangular downpipes, this offset returns your downpipe from the eaves back to the wall for a neat installation. Manufactured from tried and tested cast iron, this offset is reliable, strong and robust, enduring the difficulties of vandalism, mechanical de-blocking and on-site handling.

Made from infinitely recyclable cast iron, this offset is fully sustainable, unlike plastic, will not end up in a landfill and will withstand the long life of a building. This offset is flame resistant and non-combustible and does not require fire collars, extra lagging etc. With good noise dampening properties, this offset does not rattle in high winds and resists expansion and contraction in extreme temperatures. Suitable for restoration, conservation, heritage and refurbishment work as well as unique, new and bespoke designs on commercial, domestic, public or industrial buildings, this offset has minimal maintenance requirements once installed with annual inspections recommended but remedial action is not normally needed.

Painted black externally and internally in factory conditions by paint specialists, this offset provides a good paint finish which is essential to its performance and longevity. With a protective barrier for the underlying surface between the corroding elements and the Cast Iron, this offset is corrosion resistant.
