This Standard General Purpose Board is available in a wide range of sizes and colours, is light to handle, easy to fit and designed to work with the Freefoam fascia range. The wider soffit boards are especially useful for large box-end construction or deep soffit applications, this soffit board is a visually appealing and highly effective solution.
With a 10-year guarantee of protection from discolouring for the coloured soffits and a 20-year guarantee for the white soffit, this soffit board is designed to protect and preserve the underside of any roof edge, minimizing the risk of trapped moist air, performing all year round, staying leak-free for longer, withstanding extreme temperatures from -15°C up to 30°C. As a long-term solution with minimal maintenance, this soffit board is resistant to warping, cracking and blistering. With a rigid top coating of uPVC to give a smooth, hardwearing and protective skin, this soffit board has a PVC-UE cellular foam core. Produced with extra Titanium Dioxide, this soffit board is protected from UV damage and so lasts and looks good for longer.
