Good morning, we are currently building a detached granny annex and the main hous eis on a septic tank. The builder has the main soil pipe coming out of the grannie annex about 3 to 4 foot below ground level ( he said that is the only way it could be done) this now means there probably isnt enough drop / fall from the grannie annex to the septic tank. So my question is can these (or something similar) be situation below ground level and fit an extended neck for access?
