Alongside an 80mm depth of cover insertion into frames, a 75mm solid bedding width and a non-rock captive reversible side hinge for added stability and quiet operation, it is crafted from ductile iron with a black coated finish for an enhanced weight-to-strength ratio. It is also made using (A.M.P.'s) anti-movement technology.
This Ultra product complies with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges Vol 4, Section 2, part 5 HA104/02 while also conforming to BS 7903. Three-flanged products are for Group 3 areas and pedestrianised designs on KD50DP and KD51DP products make them pushchair, trolley and cycle-friendly.
