Border Top Soil's bulk bag of general-purpose sharp sand is versatile and suitable for numerous applications, including both large construction projects and small landscape projects. This sharp sand is a natural material consisting of finely divided rock and mineral particles, primarily quartz with a mix of irons and clays.

The water-permeable nature of this sharp sand makes it ideal for use as a lawn base beneath topsoil to facilitate drainage.

Border Top Soil's products meet the BS3882: 2015 standards, which are regulated by a government-approved laboratory.

Please note:

  • All weights at time of delivery will be checked to weigh between 850kg and 950kg. Due to moisture content, it may be possible that the weights may alter up to point of delivery.
  • Each bag is sent on a pallet and delivered kerbside only via a tail lift wagon to the customers address. Access at the delivery point needs to be wide enough for a wagon.
